Please note changing jaws is a simple operation that does not involve the use of any tools and only takes a matter of seconds. HMH Spartan Vice
The Spartan Vice has a very similar specification to the Standard Vice with the main difference being a shorter (by about 1cm.) neck and differently finished adjustment screws. This vice does not come with the neoprene pouch. The same interchangeable jaw feature and life time guarantee as for the standard vice apply. Please select clamp or pedestal model and the required jaw (jaw specifications are below) - the Omni jaw is used for the majority of tying applications.

HMH SX Vice
This most basic of the vices is engineered to the same finish as the Standard and Spartan models. The chasis is nickel plated and the pedestal model fixed using an Alan key. The neck piece is slightly shorter than the Spartan with the major difference being the fixed head angle. The interchangeable jaw and lifetime guarantee apply as for the other vices. Please specify clamp or pedestal model and the preferred jaw (jaw specifications are below) - the Omni jaw is used for the vast majority of applications.

A dedicated in-line rotary tube vice machined from stainless steel and anodised aluminium. Tubes may be clamped directly into the jaws for a rock solid hold or mounted on one of the 3 pins included in the pack. Please specify either clamp or pedestal model.

HMH Jaws
4 diffent jaws are available. They are all easily interchangeable without the use of any tools and can be changed in a matter of seconds. The Omni jaw comes as standard with the vices (but can be exchangd for one of the others if required) and is suitable for hooks from size 18 to size 4. The Micro jaw for hooks size 20 and smaller. The Magnum jaw for hooks from size 6 to 10/0. This jaw has grooved work surfaces to help grip the larger hooks, the other 2 jaws have a smooth finish. Tube Vice Converter
This HMH tube vice mandrel can be screwed in as a replacement jaw to the Standard, Spartan or SX vices. The Standard or Spartan can then have the head adjusted to the horizontal to give a genuine in-line rotary tube vice. Firm plastic and metal tubes can be held directly in the collet, more flexible tubes are held using the steel pins which can be pushed through the head which is tightened onto the pin to give a firm compression grip. Each head pack contains the jaws, 2 mounting pins and a sample selection of HMH plastic tubing to get you going.

Starter Tube Fly Tool

HMH Vice Accessories
Accessories that can be mounted onto the vice stem to make your tying easier. Bobbin rest - an arm that can be located to hold a tying bobbin in line with the hook to take full advantage of the rotary facility offered by the vice, or just to hold the bobbin conveniently whilst you are tying. Profile plate - a backing plate that can be set to provide a background for tying against. It has a wide range of adjustment to suit all lighting conditions. It is available with a white or a beige background. Each accessory is priced at £26.00.

Anvil Apex Vice
The `APEX` American made vice sets new standards of usability and quality at a very reasonable price. It is an in-line rotarry vice with user friendly rotation handle allowing 360 degree jaw rotation for inspection and trimming. The best machined stainless steel is used for the body with hardened steel jaws that are groved for secure hook placement. The stem can be set in a vertical or angled plane and the head angle can be adjusted to meet individual needs. Included are a bench clamp and a pedestal base along with a material spring and socket keys. Maximum height of vice is 8" `G` clamp fits surfaces up to 1.75" thick.
